DJW,SJW series single phase and three phases microcomputercontrol stabilizer without contact is widely used for electric equipment in industry,agriculture,transportation, post office,army,railway research culture and so on,metal process device,pruducing line, construction device, life ,medical equipment ,air conditioner,radio and TV,home appliance and so on.
FUCTION AND MAIN TECHNICAL INDEX
1) Quick response
It is controlled by single machine ,the sampled voltage is transferred to digital signal by A/D transfer circuit ,then directly to single machine.After the disposal of the single machine, controlling the regulating mode,so the voltage regulator has quick response(0.1-0.2s,it is 1/10 of the common regulator of servo-motor carbon type),preventing the effect on load.
2) Realized that operation without human ,with high reliability.
It not only has the auto. start when electric inputs and when over/lack voltage recovers,but also has the bypass system.Even the regulating system of the device has problem ,the voltage regulator can auto. transfer to direct city power to supply the load 2 minutes later.It is especially suitable for station without human.
3) Complete protection function: self-diagnosis and self-recovery.
It has the protection functions on over voltage, lack voltage, over current(short circuit),lack phase ,malfunction etc, to ensure the run of the regulator and load safely.When the above situation happened ,it can self-diagnose and auto. cut down the output power and alarm by sound and light.Once the over voltage or lack voltage recovers to normal ,the machine will recover to steady output by auto. delay for about 1 minute.
4) Less malfunction
The voltage compensation system inside the machine adopts regulating mould with high reliability and multi-compensation tranformer,without cabon and machine loss.There are multiply protections set in the regulating-mould trigger circuit and main circuit .So it is malfunction ratio,high reliability and long using life.
5) The output voltage of the rhree phases keep balance separately
It can regulate the voltage separately.When the input voltage of the three phases is not balance or the load is not balance ,after voltage regulated ,the output voltage of the three phases can keep balance relatively.
6) Small size ,light weight and no noise
It adopts advanced material and elements,special structure and article assembled technique,which makes it small size ,light weight and convenience.
7) High efficiency
It adopts import wires of high magnetic ratio and advanced t\staloy with low loss, which makes the no-load loss and load lloss to the minimum ,so the efficiency of the full load is higher than 97%.
8) Wide using range: input voltage range is +-20%, the adjustable range of the output voltage is +/-5%.According to the customers?requrements, the input voltage range also can ger to UN UN. So it suits for the places with bad-quality power net.
9) Proper regulating precision When the regulating range is +/-20%, the precision is which fully stisfy the voltage requirements of the load.
10) It suits for different loadsuch as resistance ,sensibility and inclusiveness. The absolute value of the capacity factor is larger than 0.7 ,the device can work continuously for a ling time.
11) The input and output voltage is at the same phase position ,which can? make waveform distortion.
12) It can assembled with RS232 connector to relize remote control.
